I got a mail that my booking has been cancelled.

There can be some unforeseen circumstances due to which a booking may get cancelled. If you have received any such mail which says “booking rejected by vendor” then in that case we will initiate refund of entire money within 24 hours which will reflect in the same account through which you have done the payment. Usually payment gateway and bank takes around 7 to 10 business days to settle the transaction.
