Thrillophilia will initiate a refund within 48 working hours (if applicable) after the necessary approvals.
For cards - T+1 business day as a standard TAT for refunds.
For non-cards - T+1 business day for the no-card options where a refund facility is available.
However, after we process the refund, it may take 4-5 business days for it to reach the buyer's bank account.
Refund Process Overview (Finance Team):
1) The client can initiate refunds for unsettled transactions via the dashboard.
2) Client can reach out to us to raise refunds for the transactions that are already settled and they don't see an option of a refund on the dashboard.
Resolution Process for Delayed Refunds:
Please be aware that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in the buyer's account. If the refund is not credited within this timeframe, both buyers and sellers can contact the Tazapay support team. Our team will investigate the matter and provide you with the specific reasons for the delay or share proof of the refund.
Communication Protocols:
Buyers will receive a refund success alert if not turned off.
